TKO YOUTH MENTOR APPLICATION

Please complete the following application to be considered as a mentor for the TKO Youth Mentorship Program.

Applicants must be between the ages of 14-18 and must not have a criminal background.

As part of your application, you must submit a one-page essay detailing why you want to become a TKO mentor and what makes you a great fit for the program. (Please note that you won't be able to save your progress and return later, so ensure you have your essay ready before starting the application.)

We also require that you include two personal references.

If you are under the age of 18 and accepted into the program, your parent or legal guardian will need to sign a consent form.

Have you ever dealt with bullying, either as someone who was bullied or as someone who bullied others? It’s okay to be honest; this won’t disqualify you. We want to understand how your experiences might help you relate to a mentee.
